After earning my degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, I began my consulting career at Deloitte. For four years, I traveled nationally, Monday through Thursday, helping Fortune 500 clients navigate enterprise technology transformations. That pace accelerated my learning curve—I was exposed to complex cloud strategy, digital modernization, and large-scale systems integration. In many ways, it felt like I condensed eight years of experience into four.
By 2018, I was ready to plant deeper roots. I got married, and in early 2019, our daughter Adeline was born. That's when I transitioned to Slalom Consulting in Minneapolis, embracing their local delivery model. It was the right fit—less time in airports, more time building long-term client partnerships. I led cloud and infrastructure projects end to end, combining technical execution with strategic oversight. I found my sweet spot: helping teams untangle complexity while keeping big-picture goals in focus.
When the pandemic reshaped the world, it gave me a rare chance to pause and realign. I stepped out on my own as an independent cloud project manager—and never looked back. Consulting was always my calling, but this new model gave me space to go deeper:
To be unbiased.
To move faster.
To step in where others hesitate—especially in high-stakes areas like building resilient systems and transformation, where trust is non-negotiable.
Today, I help companies migrate to the cloud, modernize legacy infrastructure, and protect their most critical systems. Whether you're preparing for growth or planning for the unexpected, I lead with calm, clarity, and commitment. It's been an incredible journey—and maybe your project is next.
